“The trip was brilliant - bathing elephants, hiking in jungles, exploring the islands. It was all made better by Mickey and Ming. Mickey was constantly giving advice on things he knew I'd specifically love doing and in free time would give me a bunch of suggestions he knew I'd enjoy. He was also brilliant with helping any medical issues and would spend all his day cleaning people's cuts whilst still being happy and fun. Mickey was so organised, bubbly and you couldn't get a better guide. Ming was brilliant too and always around to chat or give extra information or advice!

I had the most amazing time on this trip. Everything was extremely well organised by Mickey and Ming, the days we had free time they went out of their way to organise something for us to do. Mickey was really helpful in putting all the needed information into the group chat and making sure everyone was safe and happy. I really couldn’t praise them highly enough.
The only part of the tour that I didn’t enjoy as much was Ao Nang. I felt that staying at Railay beach would have been better”

“I had an amazing time on the Bali intro tour, however in reality that was nothing to do with Gap 360 as the tour was organised and run but Intro Travel who were great and I highly recommend.
In terms of Gap 360, they should have been clear that they didn't provide the tour themselves as that was very confusing suddenly received an email from Intro a few weeks before my departure.
Their flight booking system also isn't worth using as I might as well have done it myself considering I still had to check over and amend incorrect information. Note: if you have dietary requirements Gap 360 won't book them for you nor will they tell you that you have to do it yourself, I ended up with a 13+ hour flight without food because a vegetarian option hadn't been put down on my booking.”

You are correct we are a travel agent and use several different in-country teams and companies abroad who run the trips we sell, most of them unique to Gap 360. We price match and share all the same information so booking via us you're at no disadvantage, actually you get more with our 24/7 emergency support and UK based financial protection and insurances etc...
Sorry to hear about the experience with your airline. We have a preferred company Flights 360 who I assume you are referring to but as they are a totally separate entity for data protection we cannot share information so although you might have advised Gap 360 you are vegetarian unless you told your flight coordinator at the point of booking they would have had no way to have known this.
Gap 360 ensures that your dietary requirements are catered for in-country whilst on the trip and we assume in this case they were, just not on the flight that was booked elsewhere.

“I had the most amazing trip with Gap360 - all activities booked were fab and despite some activities having to be cancelled due to it being rainy season, our fantastic guide Nyla managed to provide us with some great ideas for alternatives. On the whole the accommodation provided ranged from acceptable to great and when meals were provided they were good. I met some amazing people through Gap360 and would recommend this trip to anyone thinking about going travelling with a group!!”
“I booked a campervan, picking up from Seattle and dropping to Las Vegas about 9 months in advance of my trip. The week before I got an email from the third party company Gap 360 use in the states for vans, on reading this document I realised they had put my campervan as San Francisco to Las Vegas. I contacted the company Escale assuming there’d been a mistake. They informed me that was what they had been told by Gap 360 and that I needed to contact them. At this point it was Friday and I was flying on the following Tuesday. I called Gap 360 fist thing on Friday and they said they had made a mistake but they’d find another van for us from Seattle. The weekend came and went and Monday morning I called gap again asking for info. They said they’d get in contact. I received an email telling me that no campervans was to be had from Seattle and I’d have to go from San Francisco - which is hundreds of miles away. I called the company who could offer me no reasonable help at all. They offered to fly us to San Francisco to pick up the van - I tried to explain that this virtually cut of all our trip but they said there was nothing they could do. I tried Im vain to find another van but given this was now the day before I was flying it was impossible to find. I called Gap 360 back again and they offered us £300 in refund plus flying us to San Francisco to pick up the van. This didn’t even cover the changes in our plans but the extra it would cost us In new campsites, lost national park passes which you have to buy months in advance. They were unmoving and when I asked if they would at least pay for our add ons with the van, a mere $20 for some camping chairs they said no. They said that we could accept the changes they’d offered and nothing else. At this point I was about to fly and had no other options other than to cancel the trip, so we went ahead and accepted their offer. It was a nightmare dealing with them, they didn’t pass on cases between the team so when one person is out of office there’s no help till they get back, they didnt do anything to assist with the trip, the situation was terribly handled, entirely the fault of Gap 360 in the first place as our booking clearly states Seattle to San Francisco from the off. Extremely disappointed if you’re planning any trip
I’d avoid gap 360 entirely and go straight to the source.”

When the booking error was discovered we offered you a number of options, and we're pleased you took the option of monetary compensation to help cover the costs of rearranged travel along with new flights from Seattle to San Francisco to enable you to continue your trip and have a great time in the USA. “Just got home from the 25 day Thai adventure and can honestly say its been the best experience of my life so far. With not having travelled before the trip is ideal for anyone who would like the comfort of having ensured organisation, support and company; it also offers alot of free time so you can explore independently. Our tour leader kung, i couldn't of asked for a more funny and kind person to have been with us every step of the way, me and some of the other girls called her our thai mum as she really was our support system when ever we needed her! 💗 The main inspiration i have learnt from the trip is that materialistic things in this world do not matter as much as we think, its the people around us and the experiences we encounter that make us feel complete and on-top of the world and im so grateful for this trip and Thailands culture to highlight this to me. Also met friends for and met so many amazing people- memories will stay with me forever.

“Just finished the 25 Day Thai adventure, i have had the time of my life. This trip was ideal as I felt safe, happy and supported the whole time. The trip is very well organised. Including a mix of organised days and free days so you can also do what you like. You will definitely make friends for life. 💗 I would also like to mention our amazing tour guide Kung. We could not have asked for a more kind and dedicated tour guid (and friend) She made the tour so amazing, even when we all pushed her buttons. 🤣 no matter what the situation was she was there to help us through it. I cannot thank and recommend our lovely Mumma kung enough. 💞 the only things I would personally recommend is to have more money available than suggested we used a lot more as we ate a meal out every night, i would also recommend a flight from bangkok to Chang mai if you can afford an extra 30 pounds it saves you a 9 hour drive. if you are considering booking this tour, do it. “I have just come back from the Thailand Adventure 25 day tour. My tour guide Chai was incredibly helpful, caring and enthusiastic. He sorted out any issues that anyone had and made my trip feel easy and safe. I booked through sister company Real Gap Experience who were always on hand to answer any questions I had and provided me with all the information that I needed. You could travel solo for a cheaper price, so if an experienced traveler I would recommend this, however for a new traveler the security, organisation, knowledge and travel buddies that are provided were defiantly worth the money. The in country local guides were also extremely friendly and accommodating, especially those working at the Chiang Mai elephant sanctuary and home stays. I would 100% tell anyone to book this trip immediately and want to say a huge thank you to Chai for being the most amazing guide!”
