My shoes were delivered by post. I was surprised, as I have previously always had a premium service from Gabor (this was my fourth puchase) that the product had clearly been sent out to someone else previously. The tissue paper was all scrunched up and the box was battered. I have decided to keep the shoes but have rather been put off future purchases even though I love the comfort of the product itself
