“They are as they appear on the website, and like the lady who said, a pity you don't have them in brown. They are very comfortable and as i bought a size larger are just right.”

“Absolutely excellent service in ordering and delivery and refund. Shoes were too narrow for my foot although they are sized extra wide. The service however could not be faulted.”

“I find it extremely difficult to find boots with a narrow calf. These boots are comfortable and narrow in the calf without compromising on style or value. Thank you Gabor. My only request would be for more stockists.”

Hello, Thankyou for your review. We currently offer free delivery on UK orders with no limit on the spend and additionally on how many pairs you can request. We do ask customers to pay towards the return of the item and currently we are not offering a free returns service however the order can be taken into a Charles Clinkard store for an exchange or a refund if one is local to you. Please be assured we regularly review our customers comments and we may look to offer an optional cheaper return in the future. Collectplus is a cheaper option for larger orders, £4.49 gives you up to 10KG which is ideal for larger items and multiple orders. “Beautiful boots just what I was looking for but they were too narrow so had to return them. They don't do wide fitting so quite disappointed.”

“I like Gabor dolly/ballerina shoes and find them comfortable. The pair that I bought were to replace my most comfortable ones and are identical in every respect barring the fact that they are new and have therefore not stretched yet. Beware anyone who does not want the shoes to get bigger, because they do! However, as someone who finds it almost impossible to get comfortable footwear, Gabor shoes are just the ticket!”

“I ordered Lesley shoes in navy blue. Love this style as already have in black patent. Only problem is these shoes are supposed to be navy but hard pushed to distinguish from black even in very good light. Bit disappointed and almost wish I had returned them. Usual good quality though and I’ll wear them anyway. Makes me wary of buying online again however.”

“I have loved Gabor shoes since I bought a pair for my wedding. The ones I bought recently were exactly the right colour but marginally too narrow. I would have been grateful to have had an indication of wdth. I did not have time to return them; they are to Paris for a wedding tomorrow.”

You can find information about the width fitting in the description field next to the image of the shoes - just incase you are looking for something more suitable. You ordered a C+ but you may find a D fitting will be more suitable. “First time I've bought Gabor shoes that are not baggy, because I take a size nine does not mean I have a wide foot. Love the Lesley shoes have ordered another two pairs. Wish you would make more eight and a half shoes.”

“Extremely comfortable and able to wear all day from first trying on. Only slight negative is that they are already creasing following the second full day of wearing. Bought th pepper and they are a lovely mid grey.”
