“Ordered shoes online Saturday (paid extra for express delivery}. shoes arrived on Monday but were an odd pair (one blue/one black). Phoned up. Was told that another pair could be posted out to me on the Wednesday and would be with me Thursday providing that i'd already posted the faulty pair back ( I was emailed a pre-paid returns label). This meant that I had to make a special journey into town (live in rural area) to post the original pair back. So overall experience slightly disappointing because after ordering and paying for express delivery I had to wait 5 days for the shoes and had to make a journey into town at my own expense. I was refunded the express delivery cost of £2.99 but not offered any other compensation for my time or the inconvenience.”

“The website was easy to use although at one point during the order process the price of the shoes was discounted (Down to approx 75pounds which was pleasing) but that changed again once I continued to checkout which was disappointing and a little confusing. I do love your Indiana Womens Casual Pumps and have been buying a pair of navy and a pair of white ones each year for a good number of years now (I think I have 8 pairs now they are all I wear) so was disappointed however that I couldn't get them through a High Street shop this year and had to resort to your website. I hope you do bring them back.”

“Although I am a middle aged Woman, I find that there are very few shoes that are comfortable and trendy to wear. I also need a little bit of elevation, I can not wear flats, so many of the shoes have wedges. How ever I would like to see more trendy styles with wedges, for an example a French sole type pump with wedge, in trendy colours .”

“A bit of an over-expectation that Gabor shoes might make me *happy* but I was glad to have found a pair in my preferred colour and in the right size given that my current Gabor shoes of this style are now on their last legs, as it were. Unfortunately, these shoes have some sequins (or understated studs?) on the front rather than unobtrusive cut-outs of my current Gabors - not quite my style and less likely to serve during summer as well as spring & autumn. But they are very comfortable so I'll be glad to have and wear them. Thank you!”
