Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you received a pair of boots that had not been re packed. If a customer orders 2 pair for size and returns one, they do go back into sale, but should be checked upon their return that they are perfect and also re packaged if required. We do hope that you will accept our apology that on this occasion we have let you down and we are genuinely sorry for your disappointment. Thank you for also commenting that you were happy with the customer services and the return service that you received. Kind regards, Janice - Customer services

“I recently purchased some black suede ankle boots for the coming winter. I actually bought the same pair last year in a different colour and found them so comfortable, stylish and made really well. They might be slightly more pricey than others on the high street but definatley worth the money. A very good investment!”

“Love the actual shoes. However I am annoyed at paying 3.99 for express delivery and the shoes not being dispatched until the week after.”

“They’re lovely shoes but sadly a bit flat and narrow at the ‘bunion’ point so first time I wore I incurred an enormous blister on my little toe left foot. And right foot almost too roomy!”

Thank you for your review. This has come in to us as a Company review so others browsing that shoe will not get to see your comments. If you would like to leave your review on the shoe itself, please copy the link below where those looking at this boot can see your findings and make a more informed choice before they buy. https://www.gaborshoes.co.uk/womens-c1/shoes-c2/loafers-c173/dupri-ladies-loafers-p51996 You may find that once you wear the shoes in they become a better fit for you and also you can wear an insole in the right foot to decrease the area for a more snug fit. I do hope that this helps. Kind regards, Janice - customer services.

“Nice shoes to look at but they were so so uncomfortable, for shoes that cost as much as they do they need to be more comfortable. I ended up sending them back as they were too uncomfortable”
