“Unfortunately, the shoes were too small. I’ve a similar pair in the same size which fit well so I’m not sure if the shoes are now made a little smaller. I feel returns should be free. I had to pay 10% (£9.50) of the shoe price to send it back. Other shops cover the cost of returns so it’s disappointing Gabor don’t. As I result, I probably won’t buy online again.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the shoes were too small for you. With regard to returns, we do have a link on our website for £4.49 which covers up to 10 kilo in one package allowing you to return several pair in one go. Alternatively you can use second class Royal Mail to keep cost down and then get tracking for around 80p more. I hope that this helps for future reference. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

“Well I am asked to make a review when I ahve not actually had the goods. I ahve had a picture of my next door neighbours house and said the shoes were left here. No neighbours know anything about them. I ahve e mailed Charles Clinkards and they ahve not even returned my enquiry. Your parcel has been delivered to your neighbour at 29, and received by MOORE at 13:58 on Wed 06 Mar 2024”

“I love Gabor Shoes - practically the only ones I can wear with my short, wide feet. The service is excellent and returns very easy if that is necessary. My only regret is that they don't do a few more modern styles for wider feet - such as wedding guest shoes - but with a bit of elegance or a few more colours to match different outfits - or boots where only the more old fashioned styles come in the wider fitting. I am not particularly huge - just have short wide feet!!”

“Long term fan of Gabor . Typical Gabor high quality and fitting . 5 stars . I have wide feet , Gabor ‘s wide looks slim but with those pairs the leather beautifully widen as day goes by up . Very elegant and comfortable.”
