“Lovely looking sandles, but now I know why they were reduced, as the design is such that although they are my correct size, I am unable to get my feet into them, and so I will have to, reluctantly, return them, but as I am temporarily in hospital I hope that I am able to do this within the alloted time .....”

“Brought a lively pair of sandals which then broke at the strap on my first day wearing them (within half an hr of putting them on). Still waiting on a refund despite having sent shoes back the same day. Pictures of broken strap were sent but told they would have to "inspect" the shoe before a refund was issued. Incredibly poor service. Would expect far better for the price.”

Thank you for your feedback, I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you faced with the sandals. We received the sandals back and processed the return on 12th July and also refunded on the 12th July when fault was agreed. Unfortunately at this time of year when returns come in, it can take up to 3 days to process returns as during the sales, the volume of returns is larger than usual.
