“These boots are really comfortable. I took out the innersoles but had to replace them as there was a small nail/tack in one of them. Kept as was desperate for boots.”

“I ordered the bronze boots size 7, I have boots and shoes in that size from Gabor. These were too small I could only just get them zipped up ! Very disappointed as I then had to pay to return them .”

Thank you for your review and for sharing your findings with regard to the fitting of these wide fitting boots. You may find that a half size larger gives you the extra area that you need. The extra length is minimal but the area increases so gives extra room. And a bonus is that the bronze are reduced in price at the present time. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

“The boots are very comfortable, it's stylish and like it very much. The only comment is on packaging, needs to improve, the paper in the box crimped and looked like it was stuffed in the box, not a pleasant look and I did not like it, the packaging needs to be reviewed and monitored.”

“I bought abbey ankle boots in navy a few weeks ago and was thrilled with them. I always check out the Gabor website and was delighted to see the same boots in an orchid colour. I ordered them and I think they were delivered within 2 days. They are stunning. Well done Gabor!”

“Used to like Gabor but will not buy online again unless I have tried in shop first. Description doesn't match the item in regard to width and have had to return several times.”

There is a Concession store not too far from you (Charles Clinkard) where you will find that they have a good selection of Gabor shoes for you to try on. This may be worth a visit for you. “I was absolutely appalled at the cost to return 2 pairs of shoes that didn't fit. £13.35. There is no Charles Clinkard store near me. I will never order from Gabor again.”

“I find it difficult to buy comfortable shoes as I have arthritis in my toes. I was really pleased with the boots. They are made of soft leather but also smart and supportive. Even on the first wearing I had no soreness or pressure. The boots were my first Gabor purchase. They are unlikely to be my last!”

“Delivery was quicker than planned. Beautiful boots and very light & comfortable. I’ve become a convert to Gabor boots. I have bunion feet & have always had problems finding comfortable boots/ shoes! I now have 2 pairs Gabor boots (wide fit) both beautiful, light & comfortable. Amazing ! I’ll be trying Gabor shoes next.”
