“Found shoes I needed came very quick although there was a little damage to the right shoe but I knew there was limited stock and couldn't exchange before my hols”

“Unfortunately I had to return both pairs of sandals as they were too small. I struggle with fit as I have a high instep and wide feet. Would be great if you could make more sandals that would fit me. I have several pairs of Gabor shoes which have lasted me years. Very disappointed. Ordering & returning the sandals was very easy.”

“I love Gabor shoes, I have a few at home and this is the first time I buy online without having tried the shoes in a shop. Previously I bought a pair after having tried a size 4, I really loved it and was very comfortable but I knew I needed a size 3.5. So I bought it online and have been wearing it at least 1/week for the last 2 years. For that reason I thought buying other designs with the same size would be a comfortable way of shopping at home with my computer. But it's a bit of a gamble. I got 2 pairs of shoes and the sandals were 0.5 size large (needed size 3) and the shoes were hurting me at my ankle. So I had to return them to my regret but the shoes were beautiful and good quality as usual.”

“Easy website navigation and sales process. Quick delivery and excellent notification of when delivery was due. One improvement could be to the material of the sale price sticker which is very, very difficult to peel off. I still haven't got it all off after a week.”

“Dispatch of boots was efficient. Boots are a narrower fit on the leg than expected, even though the fit is medium, and I have slim legs.”

“I already own a similar pair so was comfortable with the sizing. Fortunately Gabor have kept their sizing the same unlike certain other shoe manufacturers that the sizes are now increased. [an old size 4 would now be bigger!]. The shoes came well packed and was delivered without delay. I would be wary about buying online unless I have checked the size in store. I bought on line as no shop local to me stocked this design”
