“Brilliant delivery service. Had bought navy shoes locally and loved them so much that ordered a black pair on line. They're a bit tighter than the navy but hoping they'll stretch a bit.”

“The pair of shoes I purchased I first saw in a shop and tried on. Some of the styles I noticed look older in age, however, the pair I found looked youthful and made my feet look smaller. They are comfortable to wear and extremely supportive. Overall a good investment into my feet.”

“The whole experience of shopping online with you was pleasant and my order was received in good time. The only problem I had concerned the product description which stated "wide fit" but the "wide fit" applied to the calf of the boots and not the foot as I had expected.”

“the shoes are as always gorgeous! however, the annoying box to the bottom right of the screen was just that - annoying and even though it says to 'click here' and the box will disappear only made Another annoying box appear. I gave up several times because you make it difficult to actually SEE the SHOES!”

“The Petunia shoes I ordered were exactly as I expected, beautifully made, however, even though I ordered extra wide they were still too tight to be comfortable, so unfortunately I had to return them.”

“Easy to order on-line good web site. The shoes are always good quality, comfortable to wear and last. The shoes I recently ordered were delivered on time but the box in which they came in was damaged. Thankfully the shoes were ok.”

“Happy with the speed of the delivery & the response from the team when I communicated with them however despite asking for the parcel to be left in a secure area if I was not in this was ignored by Parcelforce & returned to a local Post Office & had to then go & collect it.”

Hello Thank you for your feedback. Sometimes if the boots are from different seasons they can vary in fit slightly as they may have been made in a different factory. “I had seen the gabor sandals on a friend's feet and they looked good. I asked her where she had got them and looked at your website. Sadly there was not a lot of choice of colour left but I chose the navy ones and the service was good. Parcel arrived as promised and they are extremely comfortable and I will hopefully buy more when you have some more colour choices. Thank you for good service.”

“I was very impressed with your service but unfortunately didn't purchase in the end as when the shoes arrived they were the same shade as some I already had.On your web page they looked grey and I wanted either that or silver so I was very disappointed.”
