“Had to contact customer services for confirmation of delivery (as the shoes were a present for a particular day) but afterward had my package delivered very promptly with multiple comuunications regarding the delivery. Great support, shoes arrived on time and an excellent well presented product.”

“I love Gabor shoes for their comfort and look, but am sorry to say that their sizing seems to have changed, and I can't wear them any more. Size 4 or 37 have always fitted me perfectly, but the last few shoes i have tried on in that size are too big, and size 3 too small. sadly i won't be buying any more”

“I bought a pair of black Montana style shoes from Shoon in Winchester. I was so pleased with the fit and comfort that I decided to buy another pair in a different colour. As Shoon didn't have my size I decided to order on line buying a pair of red Montana shoes last week. They fit equally well and are just as comfortable but my only complaint is the insole in the base of the left shoe rolled over the first time I wore them. I am just going to stick it down but as you emailed my for a review I thought I would mention it. I think it needs making they are stuck thoroughly as the insole ends in the middle of the shoe. I would like your comment on this.”

“These are lovely shoes but they come up very small. I have several other pairs of Gabor size 8G shoes of a similar style which fit perfectly, however, these feel like they are at least one size smaller than 8G. I think there must have been a mistake somewhere with the sizing. Sadly I am returning them today.”

“I love my Gabor ankle boots! I have been buying Gabor for several years now and find them very comfortable, stylish and a beautiful fit. My one complaint is that I paid for Next Day Delivery and they took 6 days to be delivered.”

Hello Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry your order took so long to arrive it appears to have been a problem with our system which did not highlight the order was a next day one. “I am not particularly happy, ( i ordered 2 pairs of boots so I could choose which pair I preferred, knowing I would have to return 1 pair) the pair of boots that I wished to keep were faulty, the zip had glue on it causing it not to pull up and down smoothly, and I thought eventually the zip would break, so had to return both pairs of boots, costing me twice as much in postage. I have emailed and had no reply, my email was sent on Tuesday 6.10.2015. I received my delivery Monday 5.10.2015.”

“shoes are nice, comfy. The decorative bow on top of left shoe is too lose and I will have to have it fixed. They were a bit too expensive as well - but I do like the style.”
