Hello. Thankyou for your feedback. Our standard delivery option is dispatched within 2-5 working days. On checking your order we sent your items out on a Next Day service on the 3 rd working day. Items, if not in our main warehouse are allocated to our additional stores and there can be a delay when transporting these to our main despatch centre. You can opt for Express delivery which is £2.99 and will guarantee your items are dispatched in 2-3 working days however this does not include Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally you can also chose Next Day, this is £5.99 however is per item and the product required would need to be in the warehouse for us to be able to fulfil this. “Ordering was easy and I was kept informed when my delivery would be, which was good. the only downside was the box which my boots were delivered was ripped badly, but thankfully the boots were fine.”

“The boots are nice The delivery service was poor. They didn't put my house number down correctly. And when delivering the guy put the delivery note through the door without even knocking. And I was in the flat at the time!”

I am sorry to hear you had problems with your delivery we use Interlink as usually customer are very pleased with the delivery service however it appears you have been let down on this occasion. We will raise the matter with Interlink to help them improve their service. “I bought a pair of Gabor boots before as I have bunions on one foot and need comfortable fitting shoes/boots. The boots were so comfortable when I tired them on but the price was a bit high. As I liked the pair I previously bought, I went ahead and purchased two more pairs. So I am now the happy owner of three comfortable Gabor boots and my feet can't thank me enough for the purchases.”

“I ordered two pairs of shoes on the Sunday before Christmas and they were delivered by Wednesday . The fit was perfect, unfortunately on pair was damaged and needed to be returned but I will reorder in the new year.”

“The shoes are high quality and I am really pleased with them. The online shopping experience was efficient and straight- forward. The BIG NEGATIVE unless you can return shoes to Clinkard shop and my nearest is 75 miles away do not buy. I ordered 2 sizes as I find normal with shoes and it cost me £8.55 to return the unwanted size. I was horrified. I will not order again. On the web there is some mention of click and collect but I couldn't check if this was available to me until I had an actual order number. Once the shoes arrived there was no leaflet offering click or collect so I had to use the post office. The cost was more than ten per cent of purchase price.”

Items can be returned via Collectplus for as little as £4.09 for 10KG in weight, the link for this is https://www.collectplus.co.uk/returns/new/charlesclinkard and you just need print this label off and drop off at your chosen drop off point. “I have bought a pair of black Gabor Charity shoes. These are one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had, so I'm happy with the shoes, I can only recommend Gabor. On the other hand, I was disappointed to receive the shoes with a sale label sticked in, which showed the present, discounted price. I feel deluded.”

“The wide fit Ring shoe is too narrow. The other shoes are fine. On the delivery note it says returns are made at MY expense. I see the latest offers include free delivery and returns. Have always bought Gabor because there has never been a problem with width before.”

“I love Gabor shoes. Unfortunately, however, my nearest stockist is a 2 hour drive away. This Gabor reliable and trustworthy online facility is therefore extremely useful. I would be much more inclined to order on a regular basis though (rather than occasional) if there was a free return/exchange policy. Please consider?”

“Ordered two pairs of shoes online. Excellent service, kept well informed about day of delivery and was asked where to leave package if I was out. One pair of shoes was fine. The second pair was a bit too tight so I packaged them up and ordered an exchange a half size larger. My one and only complaint was that I had to pay the postage for the return package.”
