“Very pleased with the shoes. Having paid quite a lot, it went slightly against the grain to be charged delivery to receive them within a week. It would be more honest to put 'Free STANDARD delivery'.”

“Gabor Charlie Sliders LOVE THESE. Had my first pair 8 years ago and bought a new version every year until they were no longer available 😕. Soooo pleased they are back with chunkier sole too. Best summer shoes ever.”

“I loved the sandals very comfortable, however two different colours, one was lighter than other obviously had been on display in window, however customer service excellent and are sending replacement pair”

“My go to brand of shoes, boots and sandals. Comfortable fit and I can buy a half size which is so important to me for a good fit. Love that there are more rip tape (Velcro) styles. Easy to order, quick and efficient delivery”

The 10% discount for first time purchase does say for full price items. The shoe you have bought had already been discounted in the sale by £20 and this is the reason that it did not work.
