“The customer service at Teesside Park is not very good. You always have to wait. Exchange for the same boots in a different width took a while to go through. Then I had been charged more. Very disappointing.”

Having reviewed your account and transactions I can see there was some confusion which resulted in a 50p overcharge. I understand Customer Services resolved this issue, but I am sorry that this took a little while to rectify in store. “I adore them, colour, softness, design. But they are quite a big size, so I have returned the 5.5 (I'm normally 5.5 or 6) and sent for a size 5. Fingers crossed they fit!”

“I really like the fit of Gabor Shoes as I am a UK 7.5. My order of boots arrived and unfortunately one of the pair was a 7.5 and one was an 8. I was informed by customer service there were no more available.”

“The shoes I received were damaged. There were marks on both toes and heels which should have been seen prior to dispatch. I am also disappointed that they were not available in half sizes. Were they available in a half size and in perfect condition I would have been very happy with them.”
