“I ordered two pairs of shoes. They were both size 5. One black pair one blue. I have had Gabor shoes before and they have always been very comfortable. On the downside, these shoes are a slightly different fit and the black pair are a little bit snug causing some issues when worn for the first time today. The blue pair are being returned as they are far too tight and feel more like a size 4 than 5. Disappointing Gabor!”

“I have had a pair of Sound 2 Gabor boots for a long time now and I love them very much. They fit me perfectly. With that in mind I was overjoyed to find they are still made. I was terribly disappointed when they arrived though, as they were too narrow. The toe has been rounded off and the footprint of the original boot has changed. I also purchased a pair of Agenda Chelsea boots - which cane up under the wide fitting filter. These are also narrow, both around the widest part of my foot and at the heel, so my foot is slipping in the boot. I have worn them outside though so won’t be returning them, and frankly they are lovely so I am going to try and stretch them. I do really love my original boots though. I have attached a picture of them.”

“The shoes are great and very comfortable. Ordering and delivery time were excellent. I am knocking off a star because two large sale stickers were stuck on the heel of the shoe which were very hard to remove and have left a sticky residue which clings to my heel and makes a noise when I walk! Sticky stuff remover just soaked into the spongey base of the shoe and left a stain.”

“The shoes were nice and light on your feet. For the expense of these products I was disappointed that the customers have to pay for returns when most companies offer for free. It felt a bit cheap!”

There is no minimum spend however we ask for returns to be sent back at the customers own expense. “I have always needed a size 7 and this is the size I purchased. However, I found this style a little tight; never been known before, and I have had to resort to stretching them! All this considered I do love them and will continue to persevere until they fit!”

“Shoes are true to size and fit well. I should add that my feet are quite thin, so they might not fit everyone. Fortunate that they fitted well and didn’t relish having to pay to return them. Most companies provide free postage for returns of clothing/shoes.”
