“I have ordered 2 pairs of boots recently one short ankle boots fit perfectly and are now firm favourites. The second pair calf length black suede beautiful boots but sadly a little tight at the top so we're returned”

“Was hoping these were the same as the others i have. They are not, leather so stiff, not soft and comfortable at all. I am returning them for a refund.”

Thank you for your review. Some of our different styles do have different leathers and some customers find that the softer leather is not suitable and prefer a firmer leather. “I mistakenly ordered the US size instead of the UK size. I wanted to exchange them, but was told I had to pay to return them and pay to have a new pair sent out. I realize it was my fault, but not great customer service since this was my first order. I sent them back, hoping you will receive them and I will recoup at least some of the cost.”

Hello Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear the wrong size was ordered, We are based in the UK and all our listings are in UK sizing. We do ask customers to cover the costs of returns and unfortunately do not offer an international exchange service. I understand the inconvenience this order must have caused you. “Always good quality and a true size fit. Never usuallydisappointed. Although this time an item I ordered had obviously been sent out before as fully laced, no tags and an inside sticker half peeled off. There was a red label on the box so could have been a store return/shelf sale item. Heavily damaged box too. Second item in the parcel, perfectly ok.”
