Thank you for your review. We do deliver free of charge, orders take a maximum of 6 working days to be delivered. Your order was placed with an express delivery request so was prioritised above others and sent on a speedier service for you. We do have a link on our website where for the reduced cost of £4.49 you can send back up to 10 kilo in one package so you can return several items at once. “My shoes were delivered by post. I was surprised, as I have previously always had a premium service from Gabor (this was my fourth puchase) that the product had clearly been sent out to someone else previously. The tissue paper was all scrunched up and the box was battered. I have decided to keep the shoes but have rather been put off future purchases even though I love the comfort of the product itself”
