“Not easy to buy my shoes online having a wide instep and being a petite size. Through a careful search on Gabor, I found 2 pairs of boots! Both fit nicely and look great. Delivery was very quick so a good experience all round.”

“These green ankle boots fit perfectly even with my wide feet. They look chic and elegant and the detail buckle is tasteful and low key. I can't wait to wear these boots. An excellent addition to my Gabor shoe collection.”

“I love these shoes. The height, style, colour, everything about them is absolutely perfect for my business and leisure trip around the US. APART FROM......I'm sorry but they are just NOT comfortable, AT ALL. I know they've had such good reviews from other ladies, but for the price, I expected to be walking on memory foam clouds - and the amount of walking I'd be doing, they would have to be. I found them hard, inflexible and heavy. They will not be coming with me and I'm absolutely gutted actually. Very disappointed.”

Thank you for your review. We are so sorry that you found this shoe to be uncomfortable. There should be a removable insole above the insole that is already within the shoes, this allows for extra room if you need to take it out, but also cushions the base of the shoe, I wonder if this was within the shoes when you tried them? We do hope that you found another shoe that you like as much and is more comfortable for you to take on your trip. Kind regards, Janice - customer services

“Just love Gabor shoes but in this instance, the shoes were marked which is most unusual and waiting on a decision regarding a replacement which I hope they will do otherwise I won't be happy and will not buy from you again, I normally but several in a year”

“I have 7 pairs of Gabor shoes and I love them all. Initially they may seem a little expensive, but they are worth every penny as they last for years. They look as good as new at every wear. The shoes don’t sag or lose their shape. Size always consistent, good fit every time. Can’t speak highly enough about these shoes. X”

“I have given 3 stars because when I received the boots although the left boot was unworn and wrapped it was obvious that the right boot was a display item which had been tried on several times. The box was battered and the boots were not a cheap item so would have liked them to have looked better. On the plus side they are comfortable and I love the colour.”

“Bought these ankle boots to replace a pair that are wearing out. They are wide fit and suede. I don't have excessively wide feet bu have a small bunion and need the extra room. These boots are just as comfortable as previous pair and I am very pleased with them as well as getting them in the Sale!”
