“You stock decent wide widths anyway plus adjustable toe strap for a bunion means I can actually get my foot in. Comfortable & stylish ladies sandals.”

“Lovely soft leather bought in sale so really pleased dole really soft No a generous wide fit though has Velcro where the Buckle is as only for show”

“So, the Sacchetto flat shoe that I have purchased before is no longer made to the standard Gabor is known for. The leather trimming is no longer folded and stitched but cut. Which means it is sharp and requires regular use before they are comfortable. i.e the shoe will cut into the skin a little because of this. The quality of the leather is also no the same. I did purchase a pair of sandals which were much more comfortable hence the 4 stars. For me, attention to detail in making the shoe is paramount and what I expect to pay for when purchasing Gabor.”

“Searched web for Gabor site . Saw the Charles Clinkard on line discount & signed up then checked the found a lot of poor reviews for on line orders. Decided to purchase direct from Gabor rather than have problems. E mail verification from Gabor shoes signed by Charles Clinkard. Shoes arrived promptly. Obviously previous return as no internal packing and left shoe sole a tad grubby. Shoe good quality & fit. As CC has poor customer service reviews I decided to keep the shoes but demanded my 19% discount complaint email.as above. Quick response from CC . No mention of grubby shoe sole or package quality. Refund received. Explanation CC are Gabor UK agents and order was redirected. Previously bought John Lewis but weren’t carrying the shoe I wanted. Be aware.”

“I have worn Gabor shoes for many years but the last 2 pairs have had to be returned as they did not seem true to size. I have these shoes in another colour which fit perfectly so I was surprised at the lack of consistency of product. However Gabor can always be trusted to return the money in a timely fashion. Thank you.”

“There was an error in that the shoe box sent to me had the correct sized shoes - but those in the box were not the right size. The lady in customer services was extremely helpful and arranged a replacement very quickly - they arrived the following day. Excellent customer service - thanks Gabor”

“Unfortunately when trying on the shoes I purchased, one of the straps broke. It was clearly glued in place and not properly stitched. So I have had to return the shoes I'm impressed with customer services however who have obviously agreed to refund the cost of the shoes, and the return postage. Overall I am a fan of Gabor shoes as they are very comfortable. I'm very glad customer services are so helpful, as it gives me confidence that I can buy Gabor shoes again in the future, and that any issues will be proactively sorted out.”

“These are my third pair of toe post shoes from Gabor. Size is still perfect but I think the quality has slipped a little. The leather upper appears thinner and the footbed is slightly sticky so makes a lose when you walk”

“I mainly wear Gabor shoes but sadly had to return the sandals, didn't think that they were a "G" fitting and struggled to get them on - which I didn't manage.”

“They were slightly too narrow for my slightly wide feet, so would fit a person with normal width feet. Good quality, and were nearly very comfortable indeed.”

“Ordered my trainers on line and they came very promptly. They are really comfortable and I’m really pleased with them. The only thing is that one of the two opening zips of the trainers doesn’t quite close properly.”
