“The shoes were delivered in a timely fashion however they are faulty so I’m having to return them to be examined. I’m hoping to receive either a different pair of the same or a full refund”

The sandal is a wider fitting many customers go up half a size to increase the area within in the sandal if it is not wide enough. “I bought these 10days ago and I am trying to walk them in. I have a blister on each heel and a toe on each side rubbing. The inner soles have kinks in them already. I bought these for a cruise but I can’t even wear them around the house I have never had this trouble with shoes that I pay so much for I won’t buy again. Very annoyed and disappointed”
