“The boots I ordered arrived in a damaged old box, the packaging was was worn, torn and there was no shoe stuffing etc., these boot had clearly been worn and returned. I contacted customer services and was able to return these free of charge and I received a full refund.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you received a pair of boots that had not been re packed. If a customer orders 2 pair for size and returns one, they do go back into sale, but should be checked upon their return that they are perfect and also re packaged if required. We do hope that you will accept our apology that on this occasion we have let you down and we are genuinely sorry for your disappointment. “I recently purchased some black suede ankle boots for the coming winter. I actually bought the same pair last year in a different colour and found them so comfortable, stylish and made really well. They might be slightly more pricey than others on the high street but definatley worth the money. A very good investment!”

“They’re lovely shoes but sadly a bit flat and narrow at the ‘bunion’ point so first time I wore I incurred an enormous blister on my little toe left foot. And right foot almost too roomy!”
