“love the style and they are comfortable. but have now got weird raised indents in them after being caught in the rain”

“I ordered two different size sandals. The pair that fitted had a ‘baggy’ strap that didn’t sit flat. I returned both pairs but didn’t ask for a replacement- if there was free returns I would have but I didn’t want to risk having to return another pair.”

“hi shoes very narrow. i had these quite a few years ago and seemed much wider. maybe if you made some extra wide fitting shoes like these more people with wider feet could buy them. they are a lovely shoe. but sorry not wide enough”

“Always love the shoes but the last pair I ordered were not packaged as new and had been tried on before being sent to me. Disappointing especially at £95.00. I returned.”

“I would prefer not to buy shoes on line, but as there are no decent shoe shops in my area, it was a last resort. At least I have bought several pairs of Gabor shoes before and know the sizing is reliable.”

“Well made sandals, lovely colour and comfortable. One small minus is that the straps are a little loose. My feet are just a tad over `narrow` fitting so probably why straps are a little loose. But overall really pleased with my purchase.”

“Love the lanzarote mule, but not impressed with the colour they call silver. They are certainly not silver in colour, more like brass. Was going to send them back, due to colour not being what I expected, but was desperate for a new pair so have stuck with them. These on a positive note are so comfortable, but they need to rename the silver colour to brushed brass. Would highly recommend this mule, but not this colour, unless you want a brass effect.”

“The shoes are lovely but I ordered two sizes to try, not realising that I would have to pay the postage to return the unwanted pair. These are expensive shoes and it makes the company seem a bit mean.”

We offer free delivery on spends over £40.00 however do ask for returns to be paid for, you can use whichever service is convenient to you although we recommend a tracked service. Also, if near to a Charles Clinkard store then you are also welcome to take them in for an exchange or a refund. “This is my 2nd pair of Gabor trainers as I loved the 1st ones. I do like them but they don't seem as well made as my old ones, especially the heel area. For £95 feel they should be better.”

“delivery was efficient, unfortunately the shoes turned out to be too big for me. Had ordered the size 9, because I normally wear a size 38.5, and my concern was that 8 would be too small. Since I am in Canada I will not go to through the process of a return and will donate the shoes. The shoes are lovely.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear the shoes were unsuitable. This style is a UK D fitting, which is a wide fit in Gabor.
