“Perfect fit as usual. Just hope the soles of my latest purchase will last, as my on a previous pair they wore down quite quickly. Would also love it if Gabor could offer more vegan/sustianable options, as I like their designs and they fit me really well.”

“Very disappointed I'm afraid, as I'm a big fan of Gabor shoes. I've got a pair of the same style from about 5 yrs ago which I was hoping these would replace, but this pair are too small ( although same size as last ones) and don't appear nearly such good quality.”

“I love your shoes/boots although I'm staggered that there is no return funding included. Since you have no shop close by to me in SW London, I bought 4 pairs of boots by Mail Order, in order to compare styles. As a result, it has cost me £20 to return the 3 pairs of boots I didn't choose! I'm staggered you don't make it easier for people to return as it puts me off ordering a choice next time with such ridiculous return costs.”

“All 3 pairs of boots are stylish and comfortable. However the boxes arrived quite battered in the poly bag. Fortunately the boots were not damage. Excellent customer service when I was chasing delivery of the third pair. Thank you”

“Lovely shoes and I thought they were the same last as my favourite 7 year old stalwarts. Sadly just a tad too narrow. Cannot risk that they would give a bit so sadly they were returned.”

“I was very pleased with my new boots, chunky blue suede ankle boots. As I was unsure of my size I ordered two pairs but was a bit disappointed at having to pay to post the pair that didn’t fit back. Had Next had them in stock I would definitely have ordered from there instead. I feel like free returns negotiated by you with Hermes or similar would have been a much better option as it was expensive ( approx £9) to post an item valued at £95 back to you.. I would have to seriously consider if I ordered again from you…”

“Shoes fit to size, not quite as comfortable or good quality as a pair of Gabor I bought a few years ago. Good for going out for a meal, not ideal for walking much further than that.”

“I received my Gabor sandals quickly with no hassle But after wearing them for a day i noticed the clue is coming away at the back of the sandal!!”

“I struggle to get shoes because of my bunion. I chose Gabor because I thought they would be more comfortable. However I am still finding they rub. They seem quite high and the leather was a little puckered. I will persevere though and see if I can make them work for me!”

“Purchased Ashlene Comfort G shoes size 7 online. They are a really good fit and colour, the leather is soft and supple. V. attractive front twist over the foot set slightly askew on one shoe unf.”
