“A good website. Easy to use. Lots of choice. I've got to return the shoes i bought as they're a very small fit. I think I have to pay to return them which I'm not too happy about. I don't have a free delivery service near to me so have to use the post office.”

“I had to send my shoes back as they didn't fit. However, i was impressed with the speed of the refund. Pity postage is not free!”

“Ordered the 7.5 as this is the size I usually buy in Gabor shoes. These are quite slim fitting boots so I did send them back and have the size 8, these are now a perfect fit and I am very pleased with them.”

“Gabor is my go-to brand for boots and I really love the ankle boots I bought recently; they are enormously comfortable and easy to wear and I've worn them every day since they arrived. The service was good and the website easy to navigate. I was kept well informed about my purchase and knew when it would be arriving. I would have given 5 stars except for one reason: the box the boots came in was ripped and in tatters and I had to put it into recycling. As I like to store my boots in their original box during warmer months, this was a disappointment. However, this aside I was generally very happy with my purchase and the company.”

“Online service very fast, and excellent quality, but unfortuately you sent wrong colour, I had to pay for the return. Correction was made but then shoes were delivered to my neighbour! when I am alway at home. After a call to my neighbour she has offered to deliver them today. just hope they are right! “Gabor means it when they describe shoes as wide fitting which is a considerable change as the majority of shoe manufacturers assume C fitting is wide. What a refreshing change to have comfortable wide fitting (G width) shoes that are smart and look good! I will certainly look again at your range for summer!”

“Purchased lovely shoes in different colour from previously purchased. There was a glue mark on the front of the shoes. Emailed customer services with a picture to say I would get them cleaned as wanted to keep them due to limited supply. Customer services did get back to me and provided a discount which was refunded to me account”

“4 stars for the service offered - an easy procedure from selecting to purchasing and delivery. Unfortunately, having bought the shoes as per size of a previous pair purchased, it was disappointing to find the new shoe was slightly narrower and uncomfortable. Hence, the item has been returned.”
