“How customer service should be done. Can not praise enough, the great experience I have had. Carley owned the order from start to finish, she is a credit to the company. Her communication was outstanding, keeping me informed at every stage, I didn't have to call once to chase up. I hope she is recognised by Fusion. We purchased the chairs for a fashion show room and they look great. (Have recommended Fusion to so many people) One of the chairs had a fault after a week. I called Carley, in one phone call she solved the issue. Again great communication skills and problem solving. I usually can not be bothered to write reviews they take up to much time and bore me. The only reason I have bothered this time is because when someone makes so much effort it is rude for that effort not to be recognised. I usually find customer service a huge pain in the backside and that they are not there to serve the customer as the title suggests. It's so refreshing to deal with a human on the other end of the phone. One that listens and offers a solution and follows through to the end. 100% will buy again and 100% will recomend to anyone.”

“Carley gave excellent customer service from start to finish, answering all queries promptly and courteously. Because of supplier delays (of which I was kept fully informed) my delivery window became quite critical. She coordinated the delivery day with the courier so that I had them delivered on a specific date at my chosen address. Also very pleased with my Tulip chairs of course!”

“Was not clear on the website or email communications when the product would be delivered. However I was amazed with the speed, standard delivery was quick. Ordered on Friday after 13:00 and delivered Tuesday before 10:00. I also spoke with an agent on the phone prior to placing the order, call was not answered straight away but was called back within 5 mins.”

“I had a great shopping experience. Very fast delivery, and amazing customer service! Since it was my second purchase, I knew the delivery will be most likely next day and I was out, so I emaild asking if they could leave the delivery outside, I got immediate response and when I came home my package was waiting safely!thank you”
