“Great stylish contemporary chairs in a vibrant orange to liven up our kitchen which is mostly grey, brown and white. The chairs arrived very quickly and we're easy to assemble. Not the cheapest but worth the extra and good value for money. Customer service were excellent replying promptly to my email when I missed their 10% promotion when placing the order. Michelle was really kind refunding me the 10% to my card, thanks Michelle. Great chairs and an excellent company - highly recommended.”

“I bought a single Robin Day chair to make a pair with an existing bought some years ago. Fusion were trying to contact me by phone to arrange delivery - but I wasn't picking up. Thanks to a bad bout of laryngitis I couldn't talk. So they emailed and we sorted out using that medium. I'm impressed with their responsiveness on email. You know how it usually goes: 1) Send email (2) Get holding reply. (3) Get response at length - often great length. (4) Reply and repeat etc But not with Fusion. A proper response from an actual person. Makes a refreshing change. Well done Fusion. Should I ever be in the market for another Robin Day chair - or indeed anything else, I'll certainly have a look at you.”

“There were issues with the delivery of my order of chairs but Michelle from Customer Services was extremely efficient and sorted the issue speedily and satisfactorily. I would use Fusion Living again - there is always immediate assistance at the end of the phone (unlike many other online companies). Chairs are fab too!”

“Sadly, like so many online retailers, Fusion Living took my order and payment for an ‘in stock’ item and then took two days to tell me it was actually out of stock and unavailable until late November. The person that dealt with me was personable and apologetic enough, but it’s simply not good enough for any business to take an order (and payment) for something which is not actually available when they say it is. Maybe I’m just unlucky, but this is the third time this has happened to me in a week with smaller scale, online vendors. Maybe they ought to just leave it to Amazon or maybe we ought to go back to the days of places with actual merchandise on display and a stockroom round the back. I think they were called ‘shops’…”

“Basically pleased with the table and chairs arrived well packed and undamaged but one cushion cover had a faulty zip that would not stay done up.l sent an email and got a quick response,that Fusion Living would check with the warehouse and get back to me on Monday 18-9-23 . Nothing happened on Tuesday l email again and got a response that a replacement cushion cover would be sent by the end of the week Fusion Living have the item in stock on their website so waiting confirmation it has been sent.”

“We bought six zipped cushions having tried one to begin with for our vintage dining suite. They match the description and are an excellent purchase - well-made and good value for the money. Ordering was fairly straightforward, given the range on offer, and delivery was prompt. Would certainly recommend Fusion Living for this particular product.”

“A chair leg weld became unattached. Contacted company and sent a photo as requested. Was sent a replacement immediately at no charge, no quibble and apology. Great service very prompt would deal with them again and recommend them.”
