“Great service and quick delivery. Received a complimentary call to check and confirm that I had purchased the correct items as I had ordered one chair with a spare cushion that didn't match. Discussed everything and my order was changed prior to dispatch so that I got a matching cushion. I don't know of many companies (if any) that would bother to check orders let alone call you to confirm your order. My items arrived in just two days with options for tracking and special instructions for the courier. Good quality items that fully match products that I had purchased from another more well-known retro furniture store which were much more expensive, so it was a win-win for me. I must admit that I am impressed!!!”

“I bought a tulip armchair. The customer service was excellent, the delivery was great. Really easy to assembly, very comfortable also. As I had such a great experience, I bought another tulip armchair and two Chelsea side chairs. Same experience, all great. If I have to say something maybe a little negative is that the stickers at the back of their cushion are not easy to removed, they don’t peel well. Decided to put the cushion without removing the peel of the stickers are they stay perfectly on. Highly recommended”

“This company provides an exceptionally high level of customer service: I changed my original order then later unfortunately had to cancel altogether. Michelle was extremely knowledgable about the furniture they sell and went the extra mile to try to resolve my issues - she really could not have been more helpful. She agreed to provide a full refund. I would recommend this company without any hesitation and will definitely return to them for future purchases.”
