“The service was excellent, from purchase to delivery. I was able to select a time that suited my schedule and the delivery team was prompt and courteous. They installed the sofa in a matter of minutes and took the time to explain how it works. I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“Val at the Chelsea Showroom was so helpful and knowledgeable about the beds and responded promptly to my emails. He organised the quick delivery of my bed, and I was so impressed with the customer service & delivery team. I love my new bed, it is well made and so comfortable. It has amazing, sleek storage space and I would 100% recommend FURL to anyone considering buying a good quality bed with excellent under-bed storage!”

“I struggled to find a motorised ottoman bed and after a lot of research, I contacted Furl and the customer service is excellent. Palak and Osama helped me a lot with choosing the pattern of headboard, colour and size I like most. I am so happy that the bed came earlier than scheduled too. The delivery team Mark and Fabio are very friendly and professional. Very polite, punctual and tidy. Will recommend to my friends when they need furniture . Thanks to Furl. 👍🏻👍🏻”

“We have already posted a 5 star review of sale and delivery processes. That continued when I had a query which Marcin responded to within minutes, sending me a great video to show me what I wanted. Our Metro sofabed has been used as a guest bed, but this weekend was the first time we slept in it - I have two things to comment on - first, the bed was every but as comfortable as our main bed and we slept really well, and second, opening and closing was something I ( at 75) could manage on my own with no difficulty. We continue to be highly impressed with all things Furl.”

“Intuitive website allowed me to specify everything I wanted my bed to be. Was sent an email 10 days before delivery to let me know that my bed was ready, which gave me plenty of time to prepare. Then on delivery day, was given a time estimate for delivery. Two engineers arrived and installed the bed very quickly, they were polite and careful with my property. I needed to rotate the storage mechanism afterwards and was able to do it myself fairly easily, but Furl also offered to come and do this for me which was nice. First night using the bed was perfect, best night sleep I've had in a long time. Thank you Furl!”
