“I ordered 16 M of 225mm skirting. This arrived in 5 different pieces which varied in size from max 3.5M to one piece which was >2M. I needed at least one piece that was 3.8M long. I decided to live with what had been given to me and cracked on with priming the wood. Only when i came to complete the installation did i notice that the wood was a combination of warped, sniped and of irregular profile. ie the height of the skirting varied by 1cm along its length. I contacted the branch and they then sent me replacement items which were ~5M long, however by this time i had much of it installed. Overall, i felt that i had been sent the crappy scraps that until i complained. At that point i was sent some decent stuff. I didnt have space to store it and so it was returned.”

“Quick delivery and friendly staff but you delivered plasterboard adhesive months past it's use by date. I had to dash out to get more at Wickes - a 90 min round trip. Always check the date on knauf plasterboard adhesive”

“You need to sort out your delivery system, emails, management, not sure what... Such a big company, price is good and such a mess with deliveries. My advice, hire Polish guys. Whenever you have a Polish branch, everything is fine, elsewhere everything is a total mess”
