“I am still waiting for a partial refund of items not delivered after I amended the order. The delivery was a day early without notice and when I hadn’t arranged to be in.”

“I ordered a second time from them, and all was good. The second time, I found some 2'x4' were demaged, I sent a pics, and the next day they replaced it :) It shows great customer service, and having good prices is not all (although they have good prices). Recommended!”

“Fulham Timber went above and beyond to replace the timber that wasn't as good as it could be. They sourced from different branches and drove down to the south coast again to let me choose from what they had. I will definitely buy from them again”
