“You need to sort out your delivery system, emails, management, not sure what... Such a big company, price is good and such a mess with deliveries. My advice, hire Polish guys. Whenever you have a Polish branch, everything is fine, elsewhere everything is a total mess”

Hi David, As our product page says and as I explained to you by email, an 8mm x 27mm moulding is the correct moulding for 12x32mm - as the description on the product page states, sizes are nominal so vary by around 5mm in size, this is an industry standard sizing method. We emailed you examples confirming this on three other merchants websites. We offered to refund the order if you wanted to return it, you decided not to. Best regards, Onur E-Commerce Manager

“Delivery came reasonably fast, but expensive delivery fee. When the delivery arrived they were not packaged or wrapped at all, and 2 of the 6 lengths ordered were damaged, so I couldn't take full delivery. I was then told the remaining lengths would be delivered the next day by the unapologetic delivery driver, and this didn't happen. The remaining lengths were delivered the following week. Product is not of the best quality, with cracks and imperfections on them.”
