“Came out quickly but paid £416 and had to phone a local mechanic the next day to have a new fuel filter fitted as the service was just drained and flushed...I do think £416 was alot for what it was”

“They came in reasonable time, sorted the problem but I'm pretty sure they didn't put a full £20 worth of diesel in the van as I got a mile down the road & my van indicated I only had 2 miles to empty.”

“Car still not running I don’t believe now it was mis fuelled and your technician should have tested to see if it had petrol in the tank , I would have happily paid for a fair call out fee”

“The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and the man who turned up to drain tank friendly. My only complaint was the cost I was told turned out to be a good bit dearer when turned up in person. I feel the charge was excessive for the time and nature of job.”

“I filled my diesel car with petrol, oops my bad, Fuel fixer were with me in a few hrs which was great. Service expect and charged, remove fuel, flush system in fuel filter, get 20 lts of fuel. Drain down no issue, next step empty in a 10lt can of fuel. No clean through, no refund. Thanks Merry Christmas.... Not satisfied”

“Fast service, a costly mistake for anyone to make so can't grumble at prices as only ourselves to blame, was told the service however included £20 of fuel in the tank , but we were left with vapours !!”

“The Fuel Fixer representative was with me in reasonable time as promised and was friendly and helpful. However I was left confused by the price I paid. The mobile phone ad stated a 10% discount for going through there but it was not applied.”

“everything was fine except for the extraction pump. As the fuel was being extracted, there were a significant amount of bubbles in it (as viewed through the transparent extraction hose), which meant that it took around 40 minutes to empty the 80 litre tank. It looked like cavitation, which would suggest there was a leak somewhere in the pumping system.”

“The service was fine ...I was initially told at 11.55am the engineer would be with me at 4pm .at 4.15 ..no show .then told 4.30 ..4.45 no show ..then told 5pm ..5.15 no show ..actually arrived one and half hours after scheduled time .”

“Very cheerful chap when he arrived ,but poor man , after apologising for being late, it really wasn't his fault. But sitting waityso many hours is not a joke, especially in winter. I am 82. Pity you can't get more staff on the job.”

“The Fuel Fixer operative turned up quickly and did the pumping out efficiently, and spoke with me about things. But for what the service is, it is very expensive, taking advantage of people's distress, and the fact they can find mo other way of dealing with their accident.”

“The lad who came to drain the tank I had no issues with but I think the service is way over priced and is feeding of the helpless, I was offered different prices when I declined the original offer which I think is disgusting you should offer the best price possible the first time not drop the price when it looks like you could be loosing the business. Thieves”
