When we called we did get straight through which was a relief but it didn’t really seem straightforward to find out the price, the agent deducted £100 instantly which was frustrating, you were already in a stressful situation and somebody wants to start bartering, not the best. We were told, we would have to wait 40 minutes which was fine, after 2 1/2 hours of waiting hour engineer arrived . I had already explained that we had three young children and a puppy in the car which made the situation worse. When the engineer did arrive, he was great and dealt with the situation quickly.

It took a long time for them to get to us but we were in a high level traffic area. (2 hours wait) The draining out of the fuel was done but the flushing of the system was complicated for the attendee as he had not dealt with that engine before so it took a lot of phone calls before he could do the flush. Afterwards we had to drive to Europe and the engine was continually missing. We had a garage look at it and the flush had not been carried out well and two wire connections had no been put back correctly. But grateful that we were able to continue on our journey.

Rather expensive, particularly as was not told that the price did not include Vat until after deposit was paid.

Efficient at sorting the problem However difficult to see how the £500 fee could be justified, given the time the procedure actually took.

Man was on site within 30 minutes, great job was very polite. Back on the road within the hour. Thought £440 plus a full tank of fuel was too expensive. £500 for a error on fuel nozzle.

Sounded a bit 'Time Share' when going through the sale to be honest, cannot knock you for establishing this business though! It's too early to tell perhaps, who know's if it will have cleaned it all out. The vans are very well equipped. The guy who came: Ady, was a cracking lad and kept me in the loop! Must have rattled past the "+VAT" part because I don't remember it. It is what it is, it's a great service as long as it was sucessful long term

The guy who eventually came out was great, however after being told he was 45 minutes away he arrived 3 phone calls and 2 hrs later!

Quite a hard sell to use this company on the phone. Told me that they were better fuel doctor. Job was done fine and can’t really see why they were so much better - the guy was with me for about 15 minutes and in a rush to get off to the next job.

Whilst the work was completed in a timely manner I cannot help feeling that the associated costs where excessive to say the least. No problem with service desk and engineer but cannot see how you can justify the costs

Turned up within the time we were given. Just very expensive, over £300.

The Technician was really pleasant and really approachable. Happy he managed to drain the fuel out but can't see what you guys do when it comes to cleaning the fuel lines etc as you advertise. I watched the process as I have a general interest, working in the trade myself. I saw the fuel being drained but didn't see what was done with flushing the fuel lines? Car wouldn't start after the process completed so your Tech removed a breather pipe where as he's damaged the housing which is annoying. He then sprayed brake cleaner into the breather to try and get the car going. Still the car wouldn't fire up. He then removed the coil packs well 3 of them as he was unable to remove the fourth and cleaned the spark plugs up. I would have thought he would have tools to try and remove the last coil but he was unable. Eventually the car fired up. Its misfiring terrible at the moment with the EPC and EML on the dash. I'm hoping I can get it to work to replace the plugs and clear the codes down. Fingers crossed that will be job done? Left a slight sour taste in my mouth as the price charged I'd expect maybe a bit more care taken and was hoping the car would perform better than what it currently is. The advertising on your website really makes you feel that the problem would be fixed and really pushes that. However the reality felt different. I do understand that other things may need doing from the mistake my partner made as an after effect of the misfueling the vehicle but that isn't explained in as much detail on your website which again is slightly misleading. Anyway let's hope the plugs do the job when I get it to work.

Overall service very good, the chap came out and was very good. The chap on the phone was also good however didn’t tell me what the overall price was. I paid for the £50 deposit and he told me I would have to pay for additional diesel £20 and whatever the difference was, wasn’t expecting the difference was going to be £385??

Excellent mechanic, but very annoyed at being misled about the price given over the phone. It was more than the other company but these were able to respond quicker. So I paid the higher price. THEN I was informed at the very end VAT is added to the quoted price. But to reiterate, the mechanic who attended was excellent and got me away, then followed me to the nearest fuel station to make sure everything was good.

The service once help arrive was great. The waiting time was double what I was told. It would have been nice to recieve a call to get an ETA from the driver

Came out quickly but paid £416 and had to phone a local mechanic the next day to have a new fuel filter fitted as the service was just drained and flushed...I do think £416 was alot for what it was

They came in reasonable time, sorted the problem but I'm pretty sure they didn't put a full £20 worth of diesel in the van as I got a mile down the road & my van indicated I only had 2 miles to empty.

Car still not running I don’t believe now it was mis fuelled and your technician should have tested to see if it had petrol in the tank , I would have happily paid for a fair call out fee

The person I spoke to on the phone was very nice and the man who turned up to drain tank friendly. My only complaint was the cost I was told turned out to be a good bit dearer when turned up in person. I feel the charge was excessive for the time and nature of job.

I filled my diesel car with petrol, oops my bad, Fuel fixer were with me in a few hrs which was great. Service expect and charged, remove fuel, flush system in fuel filter, get 20 lts of fuel. Drain down no issue, next step empty in a 10lt can of fuel. No clean through, no refund. Thanks Merry Christmas.... Not satisfied
