“Excellent problem solving skills after the manufacturer and their carrier tried to turn a 2 day delivery into a 3, possible 4, day delivery. Our customer was delighted that the unit turned up in time for their shop opening day in spite of the initial scare. First class customer service.”

“I ordered the drinks chiller on-line, it was simple to use the ordering process and the delivery was quick. The chiller was delivered and placed where I asked and all the packaging was removed. I would recommend FFD and would purchase from them in the future.”
