Prompt delivery. The chocolates are for a friend and are ideal as a token gift.

Hi. Chocolates as usual are superb , top quality. Always remarked upon . Shame I had to pay over eight pounds on VAT, not happy about that.

I recently bought a selection of items. Chocolates from the main shop are very nice. Items bought from the sale are a bit lacklustre - my own fault for buying sale items, I wont do that again. Good fast delivery. Nicely packaged. Good company.

The chocolates look lovely and exactly what I needed for my sons lego birthday cake . The packaging was damaged when it arrived and there was broken plastic from the tray in with the chocolates. I just brushed it off and seems okay.

Enjoyed the new autumnal chocolates. They look and taste great. The only downside was that it felt like delivery took a while. Ordered on 30 Sept parcel arrived very late on 7 Oct. It makes me think twice about ordering for gifts.

Hi, Thanks for your review, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the Autumn collection chocolate box and we're sorry you were disappointed with the delivery time frame. The standard delivery service can take up to 5 working days to be delivered. Unfortunately, any orders received after 3pm on a Friday cannot be dispatched until the following Monday, this would have been reflected in the estimated delivery provided during checkout. Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes are affecting some deliveries as many items are being sent to a holding depot while they sort through a back log of parcels. The look good, love the packaging, chocolates in a coffin ⚰️ grandsons will think awesome I’m sure.delivery excellent! Will give 5 stars if grandsons do thumbs up for taste as not giving yet until Halloween 👻 . Delivery I’m guessing as my husband can’t remember sorry.

Chocolate brazils excellent, arrived promptly, packaging looked good, but one of the four boxes badly crushed, suspect it’s was damaged before packing and should not have been sent out, otherwise 5 stars.

Good prompt service. Received damaged confectionary. Phone call dealt with pleasantly and promptly, with immediate refund or replacement for damaged goods.

On arival the box containing the chocolates had a hole punctured into it which has gone through to the white paper around the chocolates. I telephoned Friars and told their customer services about this. This is a birthday gift so I am hopeful that the chocolates are not damaged. I suggested that this be taken up with Royal Mail as is not good to receive a damaged parcel. No offer of compensation from Friars.
