“excellent chocolates....staff SO friendly and helpful.....pity the company uses grossly inefficient royal mail instead of any one of the EFFICIENT and much FASTER delivery services that enables other chocolatiers to offer MUCH faster service !!!!!!!”

“I can only comment on the delivery and not the chocolates. These were bought as Christmas presents and have not been tried yet. The chocolates arrived well enough packaged but the box could possibly have done with just a little more internal soft packing. It was obvious that the two chocolate boxes had been able to move around a little during transit as there were spilt crumbs of chocolate in the delivery box. That said, there was no damage to the chocolate boxes themselves. Nice looking upmarket boxes as well. Overall, I was pleased with my purchase.”

“Paid extra for next day delivery. Ordered Saturday arrived Wednesday which missed the gift window I had planned. The chocolates are very nice but try the Lidl floral creams....a quarter of the price .”

Unfortunately, we have to rely on a third party for our deliveries and although they are usually very reliable there can occasionally be delays beyond our control. “I purchased some Vegan chocolates as a gift for someone for Christmas, they look delicious, nice packaging too. These vegan chocolates are milk chocolate, which is difficult to find, as most vegan chocolate is dark chocolate. Hopefully, they will taste as good as they look.”

“Don't know if they are okay, as bought for a gift, but buttered brazils are her favourite. Did have problems with delivery, Royal Mail left a card as I wasn't in. Spent half hour trying to track it. Delivered by an agency worker the next afternoon.”
