“Chocolates were lovely, but after I made a mistake on the order form things went very wrong. I contacted Friars to say I’d mistakenly ticked ‘use delivery address as billing address’. I then sent them the correct billing address. They were lovely and replied saying they would correct it for me. However, what they actually did was mix up the two addresses, with the result that the parcel arrived at my house, with the recipients name. I had to re-address and send it on - which meant I paid postage twice and the parcel arrived late. I appreciate that it was a busy time of year, and I made the first mistake, but attention to detail on customer service would have given you a much higher rating!”

“Beautifully presented box of liquer chocolates. Given to daughter and her husband as an extra thank you gift for a wonderful Christmas day. They enjoyed them very much, very tasty. However the husband prefers white chocolate and said it would be fantastic if box was milk and white chocolate in equal quantity.”
