“Normally I’m very pleased with friars but I was disappointed with my latest purchase . I paid £110 for a box of chocolate for my wife’s birthday but a few days later the price was reduced by by £20 . This is a lot of money to me .”

“I send a box of rose chocolates to one daughter and violet to the other every birthday they would be devasted if I stop as they both love the chocolates and give them five stars. I love spoiling them. The delivery is first class.”

“Bought the Irish Cream Truffles for my son's birthday as they are his favourite chocolates. They are the best Irish Cream Truffles I have tasted - not too intense but just right. I wish you would bring back the boxed luxury Irish Cream Truffles as they were an ideal gift”

“These were a gift and as I have used Friars many times before and no complaints...just praise, I'm happy. My only disappointment is that there doesn't appear to be any way that I can send a personalised card with my order. Given these chocolates are not cheap, I would expect the extra cost in adding such an item would be relatively trivial. Could your management team consider adding this extra service FOC? It would add that extra touch. Charles Oliver”

“Well my mum is difficult to please and my step dad is a connoisseur when it comes to chocolate! Yes you got a big 10 from them, and I made their day with your delightful chocolates , I found something they both loved and thoroughly enjoyed!. Next order coming soon for them!
