“A little disappointed this time When the chocs arrived they were poorly boxed and the box itself not taped very well so they all fell out ! I had to laboriously sit and put them all back Not what I expect for the cost Friars !”

“I have a very high regrd for Friars and the chocolate peppermints creams are my absolute favourite chocolate - even outdoing the market leader. sad;y I have had a lot of trouble getting supplies as I have emailed several times but only recently got my first delivery for severla months.”

“First tried these chocolates as Christmas gifts and everyone loved them so bought Easter gifts too. Have tried the caramel ones myself and they were lovely. Will definitely buy more chocolates in the future.”

“I bought a Friars glEaster egg as a gift for a relative so I didn’t get to taste it, but it was nicely presented and they seemed to like it!”

“I found the website easy to navigate, was advised by Friars when the package was despatched and told by Royal Mail when they intended to deliver it and when delivery had been made. As I was not the recipient of the purchase I'm unable to make any comment regarding the items bought.”

“I have all ready sent a feed back. The problems I have is that I do not seem to order on line and this means I have to ring. This is not really the best way of keeping customers and it is also inconvenient. As it was a present I have NO idea who delivered it.”

“I bought an Easter egg The chocolate is absolutely lovely. You dropped a star as you’re using palm oil and price tag is high considering the amount of chocolate in the egg compared to others who also don’t use palm oil and supply double the amount of chocolate albeit not sugar free ones”

“Bought these chocolates for my daughters birthday. She was pleased with them. My only critism is that because she is vegeterian I was unable to get the box with Happy birthday written on the inside as that is not available for the vegeterian option which I was dissapointed with.”

“Good company and British! Chocolate is nice but some fillings could be better. Lemon is not lemony enough. Fruit flavours are not fruity enough. These are still better than anything that awful Nestle put out. Better than Hotel chocolate but I do find them a bit too sweet and bland. Maybe all chocolates are bland now but I want zingy lemon, tart raspberry and strawberry that seems real. It's difficult and hardly anyone can make them them these days , but it's disappointing when a British chocolate house is starting to taste like nestle. They are only popular because they are cheap! At about £1 per chocolate I expect better and need my taste buds tickled more.”
