“Excellent service from start to finish. The Freshground engineer attended today and repaired the reported fault quickly and efficiently. He also proactively noticed an issue with another machine and arranged for an additional engineer to attend and rectify it. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout. Couldn’t ask for better service.”

“Great service as usual. The Freshground engineer, Jamie was friendly and efficient while Stuart at on customer service helped coordinate some logistical issues. Freshground are far better than our previous provider and I cannot recommend them enough.”

“Support was incredibly efficient. We had an issue, booked a call with an engineer, Chris, who was super helpful. The issue persisted after, so we called to action an engineer visit, which Vienna arranged swiftly, and we had Ryan come to our office to fix it the next day. Only positive experiences with all the people we interacted with, all very professional and friendly. Everything was easy and quick, machine is up and running again. Great service!”
