“We had an issue with our coffee machine due to a human error. I originally spoke to Slav who talked me through a couple of things we needed to try to see if the machine could be fixed. These worked on a temporary basis. However, Jay Canneiro an engineer visited our office the following day, and completed what he needed to, to get the machine back up and working again. All in all very happy people working here in my office now :)”

“Originally spoke to Chris when called to report an issue with our water unit, Chris was very easy to speak to and was keen to look into all options of arranging a visit as we were not able to use the water unit and didnt have drinking water supply. Slav arrived to our office a few hours later whilst we didnt expect a visit until the following morning, which was super impressive. Slav said he was in the area and was happy to visit today and not to wait until tomorrow. all fixed, very happy! Thank you Slav! Also received a follow up call from Chris offering any other help or support. Fantastic service, thank you!”
