“Our engineer Steve Moore is always fab - he always explains and resolves the issue promptly and efficiently. Whenever we have issues, he will sort us out all the necessary parts as well as revisiting to fit them quickly so that we can get our machines back up and running. Thank you Steve!”

“The engineer arrived on time and evaluated the problem quickly. Replaced the faulty part and tested the Billi Tap for hot water. All done quickly and professionally; our engineer was Piotr Lipski. Thank you; great job.”

“The engineer who attended site, mentioned that we would need new parts. He came back on the day he promised to repair the water machine. Jay Carneiro who attended site was extremely friendly and explained what he was doing. Very thorough and left us with a machine that was back in working order.”

“I would like to specifically comment about our local engineer, Ryan. He is so consistent with extensive knowledge about not only the FreshGround brand but also the coffee industry. He is able to explain in detail how the machine words with the coffee, and how we can get the best out of it. Whenever we've had an issue - response times are always good, and he instils so much confidence that we know our employees and visitors are in good hands, with him taking care of our machine.”
