“We have been with Freshground for a few years now. Joe Lewis has been our contact over the years and he has been a star! We had an error message showing this morning and i contacted Joe who got in touch with in minutes sending me tips and possible solutions which was amazing. We managed to get 1 half of the coffee machine working and as the error message was showing still he booked me an engineer straight away and even continued to try and get it booked in ASAP for us. Joe is a really helpful and lovely guy who i would recommend to anyone who needs help or advice on their machine. Thanks Joe! :)”
