“Thank you for your visit. the only thing i would recommend is advising customers on a rough timeline on how long visits are likely to last. Yesterday, your lovely engineer was here all day, which impacted on us in the afternoon as we had our board meeting so we needed the coffee machine for that. i too accept that going forward will ensure this doesn't occur again. lastly, the empty cylinders, do they just go in the normal waste? It was especially appreciated that he reached out to let us know he was available to come on Tuesday instead of Thursday, his flexibility was a great help to our office. Seth was courteous, kind, and thorough in his work. He took the time to clean up after himself so well that it was as if he had never been here. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. A 5 star experience all around.”
