“An overall very positive experience so far - FreshGround have been very communicative from our first enquiry and supportive in finding the right machine/deal for us as well as moving quickly to meet our tight deadline. The installation of the machine was smooth and Nick who did it was very friendly and knowledgeable. The fact the coffee beans are ethically sourced and taste great is a big bonus!”

“Catherine Crawford attended site for a routine filter change. Mentioned we had a problem with one of our machines and without prompting fixed machine and also showed me how to fix problem if had the same problem in the future. Catherine always goes above and beyond and is engaging and very knowledgable. Jamie needs a mention as well good to have technicians who can give telephone support to try and resolve issues without need for call out. Always provide top quality service !!”

“Jay attended 2 days in a row to fix our cold water machine , he ordered the required parts on day on and they were delivered in time next day to repair the machine. As usual Jay had very good communication and great knowledge of the machine. He fixed it quickly with the parts he had ordered the day before. As usual great service from Jay. Steve”

“Had our coffee machine installed yesterday and we're super happy with it. The service from the team has been exceptional - quick communication as well as getting the coffee machine delivered quickly for us due to our tight deadline.
