“Amazing service for hot/cold filtered tap installation in two kitchens. Pat the engineer was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure everything was set as needed before and during installation. Clients are very happy and love with the new additions for boiling water and filtered cold water to our kitchen areas! Excellent service!”

“The service team were quick to respond to the a fault reported on our client's coffee machine, the engineer Jay was thorough when attending site and fixed the issue. A happy client.”

“Jay Carneiro engineer attended our office to attend the 2 hot and cold water taps . It had been reported that both cold taps were not working by staff in our office. Jay checked both taps out and said that the first one he checked was no fault found. He then checked out the second one and reported that water , moisture noted on the USD. He apparantly dried the water and moisture and this resolved the issue. Finally he reported that he had tested both before leaving our site reported both taps fully operational once again. As always Jay looked closely into the issues and resolved the issues before leaving site. Good attitude and excellent service.”

“Jay was excellent he visited our site to look at our hot and cold tap which was not dispensing cold water . He soon had it dispensing cold water again and also checked our other tap as well. He also showed me using his thermometer the correct temperature. Thanks again for your help. Steve.”
