“We reported the problem with our Billi tap early on Tuesday 28th may as its in our main kitchen area but despite getting in touch again through the week the engineer finally attended our site on Friday, 4 days after reporting the problem, The engineer who came on the Friday Slav Nowak did a good job and replaced the faulty part. Regards. Steve.”

“Engineer installed the equipment OK but did not leave code to access cleaning modes on machine. No coffee beans came with unit so we are un able to use the machine. Packaging has been left in the canteen not taken with the driver.”
