“Engineer installed the equipment OK but did not leave code to access cleaning modes on machine. No coffee beans came with unit so we are un able to use the machine. Packaging has been left in the canteen not taken with the driver.”

“Engineer was great and fixed the problem within an hour or so but my only concern was that we called out an engineer on Thursday and it didn't get fixed until Wednesday (Bank Holiday in between) so it took 3 working days to fix”
