“My order was ready to collect quickly and the staff were friendly and helpful. One of the exact items I ordered was not available so it was substituted for a similar brand - if it wasn't for this I would have given 5 stars.”

“It was my first purchase with French Click and I was really happy with it. Good selection of the items I was after and prices were actually more competitive than Amazon's one. Also, as the goods were pretty fragile, they've been individually wrapped with bubble paper. Wide availability of dates for delivery. Only two downsides I can think of: 1) it would be nice to see in the note before the checkout how much left you have to be entitle for a free delivery (if the area is covered), I missed mine for £1 I could have easily sent on goods rather than delivery fees; 2) 9am-5pm is a pretty long time slot for delivery (as long as someone is at home all day long), I would have loved to receive a sms advising whether the driver was on his way at list am or pm. Overall, I'd definitely use French Click again and recommend to friends and family.”
