“Customer Service at Freightlink is always 5*. In the 5 years I have been using them to book my occasional freight tickets Hook of Holland to Harwich and return they have always helped me out of a bind. All the staff on the phone are friendly, efficient and helpful. I would like to highlight Patrick. He has helped me with bookings and customs several time. 5* for Patrick as well. Cheers”

“Communication was good, the freightlink took time to call and explain things to me and gave someone to contact if needed. Also communicate to tell me where the shipment was and did not rush to take my cargo.”
