“Trip was good, very clean. Staff friendly and courteous. Only problem was, I was booked to sail at 9-30am, but didnt sail until 11am. No one explained or told me why”

Sincere apologies for the delay you experienced. Unfortunately some ports are tidal and this can periodically affect sailing times.

“The Freightlink website is very simple to use. Even as a small Courier Company I have always had help on hand if required and have found all the staff very helpful. I have made bookings for crossings to France Ireland and more recently for Denmark without any hassle at all. Highly recommend Freightlink at all times.”

“I would be happier if I could get a better price for 8 to 10 crossings with a sprinter van 6.5 mtr for the shuttle. At the moment I pay £97.20 Inc Vat per crossing.”

“Generally a good experience but a couple of points.i nearly got left behind no one told me to get on the ship.lucky i noticed truckers getting on.and youve put the prices up so not as competive anymore.”

“Very competitive rates as good as what you would get having direct accounts with the ferry companies. The advantage being that you only need to have one account with Freightlink and not individual accounts with each ferry company. Very friendly, competent and professional staff nothing is ever a problem. Would highly recommend.”
